These terms are an agreement between you and Renovait LLC ("we") for your use of the CauseGPT app. By using CauseGPT you agree to them.
CauseGPT is an AI assistant for writing, learning, planning, searching the web and creating images. Answers and images are generated by AI models from Anthropic and Google.
AI can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it. CauseGPT does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and nothing it says replaces a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Do not use CauseGPT to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to create sexual content involving minors, to impersonate real people in a misleading way, or to generate content that infringes someone else's rights. We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.
You keep the rights you have in what you type. Images you create are yours to use, subject to these terms and the law. You are responsible for how you use what CauseGPT produces.
The free plan includes a limited number of chats each day. Image creation and web search are included with CauseGPT Pro. Limits may change.
Each month, Renovait LLC gives 10% of CauseGPT's subscription revenue (what subscribers pay, before app store fees, less refunds) to nonprofit organizations working on the causes our subscribers pick, split in proportion to how many subscribers chose each cause. Gifts are made after the month ends. Donations are made by Renovait LLC; they are not donations by you and are not tax-deductible for you. We choose the organizations that receive the money for each cause and may change them. We list every month's recipients and amounts at causegpt.app/giving. If we change the 10% share, we will update these terms first, and the change applies only to revenue earned after that.
These terms are between you and Renovait LLC, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
CauseGPT is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using CauseGPT at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
